Green Bean Cake

Mung bean flour, medium flour, and glutinous rice flour are mixed and steamed in a pot for 30 minutes to remove the beany smell

After mixing well, you can put on the mold and start sculpting. Because it is a mooncake mold, I don’t want to make one too thick, so I just install half of it.
