It’s very quick to make a burrito for breakfast. I use multi-grain powder as the ingredients, and use less oil when frying. The rolls are beef intestines, eggs, and vegetables. They are healthy and nutritious.

Multigrain Burrito

1. Each material

2. Beef sausages are cooked in boiling water and allowed to cool for later use

3. Put the powder together, add appropriate amount of water and salt to make a paste

4. Spread a small amount of oil on the nonstick pan and heat it up

5. Pour the batter, sprinkle black sesame seeds, and fry until set

6. The dough piece in turn, knock into an egg

7. Sprinkle black sesame seeds and chopped green onions

8. Fried noodles on both sides

9. Take the noodles, smear the sweet noodle sauce, put the beef sausage, arugula

10. Roll up
