Green Bean Cake

Steam the raw mung bean flour in a steamer for 30 minutes;

Steamed mung bean flour;

Use a mesh sieve to sieve the cooked flour into powder;

The rock sugar powder is melted with warm water, mixed with flour, and an appropriate amount of light cream is added to increase the milky flavor. I will experiment with honey in another small bowl;
5.
Molded, the two on the right are scented oil base;
6.
Finished product.
Tips:
Adding whipped cream doesn't seem to have any milky flavor... honey is sweeter, and the taste is not much different from rock sugar powder.
