Green Food that Children Love to Eat----------〖fragrant Drunk Foie Gras with Dipping Sauce〗

After washing the foie gras, salt it for two to three hours.

Put the water in the pot and boil, add the foie gras, add appropriate amount of sugar, 20ml wine, simmer for 20 minutes, turn off the heat, let it stuff for 10 minutes. (Foie gras should not be cooked for too long, otherwise it will get old.)

Tips:
1. Put the dish according to your own taste. If you don't like wasabi, you can leave it alone. You can add garlic, chili oil, or pepper oil to eat the spicy taste.
2. When the weather is hot, remove the foie gras and put it on ice in the refrigerator for better taste.
3. The wine can be replaced with brandy or truffles, and it can be used without these cooking wines. The taste is slightly different.
