Green Onion and Coriander Mixed with Mustard

Select bagged mustard pimple.

Open the bag, take out the mustard tuber, rinse, and cut into fine filaments.

Use cold water to cool it several times and soak for about 10 minutes.

Shred the green onion and cut the coriander into sections.

The soaked mustard shreds squeeze dry water and put it in a basin.

Put in shredded green onions and coriander. Blend in MSG, light soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, sesame chili oil.

Stir well.

Tips:
The mustard lump has a salty taste, so it must be soaked in place. \nWhen mixing, salt is not needed. The amount of soy sauce should be controlled well. \nThe scallion is white, the amount of coriander can be more, and it tastes good enough.
