Green Onion Rolls

Prepare all the ingredients, special powder for Arowana pastry and special powder for bread, chopped green onion, scallion oil, crisp green onion, and cooked black sesame.

Control the boiled scallion oil out of crisp scallions and let cool slightly.

Weigh the two types of flour into the cook machine, then add water, shallot oil, fine salt and sugar

Knead the dough and let it stand for about fifteen minutes. Sprinkle flour on the chopping board. Take out the dough and knead again.

Then roll the dough into a thin crust shape, and sprinkle with cooked black sesame seeds, crisp garlic and chopped green onion

After the roll is finished, cut into small pieces.

Then press it with chopsticks, and roll it up as you like, then you can put it in the steamer.

Let the rolled green onion rolls stand for ten minutes, and then use the electric steamer to select the steaming noodle function to steam the rolls.

In an open fire steamer, boiling water for ten minutes is enough. Once it is steamed, it should be simmered for a while before opening the lid.
Tips:
After steaming, don't open the lid in a hurry, simmer it so that the Hanamaki is full and does not shrink.
