Green Plum Sauce

The green plum is cleaned.

Remove the pedicle and soak it in salt water for 5 hours.

Let the water open into the green plums and cook for 2 minutes, then remove.
4.
Put the rock sugar in the pot.
5.
Add green plums and boil it (without putting water).
6.
Boil the green plums to become soft and rotten.
7.
Pick out the green plum core and simmer for 20 minutes.
8.
Put it into the jar and seal it.
