The dish I eat outside is served in a small pot. The onions should be put in raw and eaten while heating them. Finally, the onions will soften and taste very delicious. I don’t have a small pot at home, so I just fry it. It’s a very tasty meal.

Griddle Tea Tree Mushroom

1. Soak dried tea tree mushrooms in advance, cut off the older roots, wash and squeeze away the water for later use

2. Sliced pork belly

3. Sliced onion

4. Celery cut into sections

5. Chili cut into sections

6. Stir fragrant pork slices with oil in a wok

7. Stir fry with onion and ginger slices

8. Add spicy bean paste and stir fry for red oil

9. Add tea tree mushroom, add soy sauce and salt, stir fry for a while with a little hot water

10. Finally, add the chili and celery, stir-fry evenly out of the pan

Tips:

Tea tree mushrooms are harder, so soak them more in advance.
