Spicy Tea Tree Mushroom Dry Pot
1.
Prepare pork, tea tree mushroom and seasoning bag (I forgot to take the coriander), the ingredients can be increased or decreased according to each person’s preference
2.
Take out the dried tea tree mushrooms and put them in a basin to soak in clean water for about 3 hours. The dried tea tree mushrooms I choose need to be soaked in advance. If they are fresh tea tree mushrooms, they don’t need it.
3.
Take out the tea tree mushrooms after soaking and use scissors to cut off the root part, and then tear the thicker rhizome in half, so that it will be easier to eat
4.
Some silt needs to be washed several times, clean it, put it in a pot of cold water, boil and turn to a low heat and simmer for about 40 minutes, take one of them and taste it to chew.
5.
After the pork is cleaned, add water, green onion and ginger to a boil, add the cooking wine to a low heat and cook until the chopsticks can be smashed. Add a little pork to taste more fragrant. If you don't like it, you can omit or put other meats
6.
Take it out, let it cool, and then cut the meat slices of moderate thickness. If you want the meat slices to be cut neatly and beautifully: you can put the cooked meat in the refrigerator for a while, take it out and slice it again.
7.
Drip a little oil in a non-stick pan, fry two slices of meat slightly browned, return to the pot and cook for more vigor and fragrance
8.
Pour in rapeseed oil from another pot to heat, add green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant
9.
Pour the spicy fragrant pot seasoning. If you don’t have any seasoning, you can use the hot pot base + bean paste for your own frying, or you can buy it online, which is very convenient.
10.
Stir fry on medium and low heat to produce aroma and red oil. Remember not to be easy to batter on high heat.
11.
Add the cooked tea tree mushrooms, then turn to high heat and stir evenly
12.
Next, stir fry the fried pork
13.
You can add a little raw extract color according to your preference, or just leave it alone
14.
Sprinkle some sesame and coriander to increase the fragrance
15.
Finally, put them in a hot stone pot, remove them from the fire after hearing the sizzling sound, and eat them on the table.
Tips:
1. Increase or decrease ingredients according to your own preferences and tastes
2. If you choose dried tea tree mushrooms, you need to soak them in advance, if they are fresh, just blanch them directly.
3. The spicy fragrant pot seasoning is a compound seasoning, so there is no need to add too much seasoning during the frying process.
