Grilled Char Siu
1.
Use it in a large bowl, put the meat, add 4 to 5 tablespoons of Teriyaki barbecue sauce, 3 tablespoons of Budweiser Wing sauce, 3 to 4 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce (for coloring, can be omitted), about 15ML Whiskey, 0.5 teaspoon pepper powder, 2 teaspoons tomato juice, stir well by hand.
2.
Use an awl to insert each piece of meat (so that the meat tastes good), and then massage the pork with your hands.
3.
After the massage, put it in a box or a dense bag and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
4.
Add tin foil to the bottom of the tray and spread the marinated meat strips evenly.
5.
Put a piece of tin foil on the surface and seal it well, so that it will be easier to cook first, and moisture will not run away easily.
6.
Bake at 400F over low heat for 30 minutes. Pour the excess sauce on the bowl, prepare it for spreading on the surface of the meat, prepare another bowl, pour half a bowl of the sauce just poured, add 4--5 teaspoons of honey, 2 teaspoons of whiskey, 1 teaspoon Light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce, stir well.
7.
Pick up the meat, put a rack on the bottom to rack the meat, and then use the prepared sauce to coat the surface of the meat with a brush. Use the heating function to roast for 6-8 minutes, and then roast on both sides of the meat. It would be better if it can be grilled on the side.
8.
Finished slices.
