Grilled Chicken Skin

Prepare chicken skin (also prepare bamboo skewers).

First, clean the impurities on the surface of the chicken skin, and then wash it off with water.

Prepare a pot of hot water and blanch the chicken skin slightly. Soon the chicken skin will be cooked, pick it up and let it cool for later use.

Take a small bowl, add three tablespoons of oyster sauce, two tablespoons of sugar, and 1.5 tablespoons of water to mix them very evenly.
