Tips:
1. Pickling is very important. Each side must be marinated for more than 30 minutes. If you have enough time, you can marinate for about 2 hours.
2. At the beginning of baking, you can use a strong fire to quickly set the shape to lock the moisture, and then use a medium and small fire, pay attention to observation, to prevent baking.
