The mackerel has very few spines and is rich in nutrients. It tastes delicious.”

Grilled Mackerel

1. Organize mackerel: remove the head and tail, open the mouth and wash, especially the black film on the abdomen

2. Cut the fish body into two pieces transversely from the tail to the head. Make sure to cut it with one cut, because the fish is easy to loose, so put it in a baking tray covered with tin foil.

3. Drizzle with olive oil and spread well, then sprinkle with some salt, and marinate for half an hour

4. After half an hour, put on the garlic paste

5. Cut a fresh lemon, spread on the fish, put it in the preheated oven, bake at 220 degrees for 15 minutes

6. Remove the minced garlic and lemon slices out of the pan, start eating haha
