Grilled Pork Chop with Black Pepper Honey Sauce

Slice the pork chop and loosen it with the back of a knife, then add a small amount of water. (so that the meat will not shrink tightly when roasting)

Sprinkle black pepper and barbecue seasoning on the pork chop, stir well, let it stand for 24 hours, and taste.

The next day, line the baking tray with tin foil, brush a layer of salad oil on it, and then spread the flavored pork chops on the meat and pour some oil on the meat.

Heat the upper and lower tubes, preheat at 200 degrees, bake for 15 minutes, take it out and turn over and continue to bake for 10 minutes.
