Cold Dish

Wash the enoki mushrooms, boil them in water and let them cool and squeeze out the water.

Wash the dried tofu and boil it in salted boiling water for three minutes. Remove and cut into shreds. Add chili oil and salt, and the sugar will taste in advance.
