Grilled Pork Ribs with Tea Tree Mushroom

Wash the ribs and cut into small pieces, boil in a pot under cold water for 2-3 minutes, remove the blood foam, remove and rinse. Soak tea tree mushrooms in water for 2 hours, cut off the roots and cut into sections to drain the water.

Tips:
Star anise, cinnamon, tangerine peel, bay leaves, and chili are best placed in a gauze seasoning bag.
