Grilled Sausage Skewers

Prepare a pie crust, a sausage, wash and cut the onion into small pieces, and six toothpicks.

Preheat the oven at 180°C. Divide the pie crust evenly and cut the sausage into 6 sections.

Put the sausage on top of the pie crust and roll it up from top to bottom.

Wash the toothpicks clean, as shown in the picture, a slice of onion is rolled and a slice of onion is skewered, and placed in a baking tray filled with tin foil.

Brush the egg mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Put it in the oven at 160-170℃ and bake for about 12 minutes.

Bake it out!
Tips:
1. Remember to wash the toothpicks. 2. The side crust can be rolled in two layers, no waste, just one crust is used up! 3. Onions are very fragrant, you can also replace them with green peppers or red peppers
