My son especially likes Taiwanese sausages. He went to my mother's house a few days ago and took a few iced sausages from the freezer and had to take them home for me to grill them. Okay! The sausages made by yourself are always more hygienic than the ones bought outside.

Ingredients

Grilled Taiwanese Sausage

1. Mix the seasoning and minced meat well, so that the minced meat mixed with chopsticks is tough

2. Take a casing and tie a knot at the bottom

3. Then put it in the enema

4. Stuff the minced meat through the enema

5. Push it in so that the intestines will grow longer and longer

6. Tie a thread into several sections in the middle, and blow dry in a ventilated place

7. Blow for 24 hours and put it in the pot, steam with cold water

8. After being steamed and cooled, it can be stored in the refrigerator

9. Slice the sausage

10. And put it in the oven

11. Bake at 220 degrees for about 10 minutes and you can eat it

Tips:

Note: Don’t bake for too long, the meat is easy to burn after too long
