Jinyumantang-glutinous Rice with Tofu in Oil

After washing the glutinous rice, soak it in clean water overnight.

Take the soaked glutinous rice out of the water, add green beans and minced pork.

Add a little light soy sauce and salt, and mix well.

Use chopsticks to pin a hole on the surface of the oily tofu. Slowly stuff the stuffed stuffing into the oily tofu, as much as possible, and put a green peas on the hole for decoration.

All the oily tofu is stuffed and placed on the plate.

Boil a pot of boiling water in a steamer, and steam the oily tofu for about 15 minutes.

Tips:
1. When buying oily tofu, try to choose a smaller one. The size should be similar. The smaller oily tofu is filled with fillings and the plate is more beautiful.
2. The glutinous rice should be fully soaked, and the steamed rice will have a strong texture. A little light soy sauce will make it fresher.
3. If you don't eat spicy food at home, chop chili peppers can be replaced with chopped green onion, which is also beautifully decorated.
