Guiling Paste

Put 10g of tortoise shell powder in the bowl, pour 50ml of warm water, stir to dissolve the powder completely without lumps

Pour the above into a boiling water vessel, turn on the fire, slowly add 200 ml of boiling water with your left hand, and keep stirring in one direction with your right hand until you feel sticky, turn off the heat

Pour the above-cooked into a clean bowl, use a spoon to flick the bubbles, so that the surface looks smooth, wait until the bowl cools and put it in the refrigerator for better storage, diced mango and serve
Tips:
There is no need to put sugar in this dessert because mango has a higher sugar content in fruit.
