Guiling Paste

Put 15ml of Guiling paste powder into a bowl, put a little warm water and stir evenly

Pour the well-stirred Guiling paste liquid into the pot and pour boiling water into it. Stir while pouring

Bring to a boil for two to three minutes, while hot, pour into a bowl

Soak peanuts and red beans in water for 6 hours

After soaking, steam it in water. I use an electric pressure cooker for 12 minutes. Don’t cook too badly, keep it grainy and chewy.

Peel off the red coat of the peanuts and separate the peanuts (because it has been soaked for a few hours, you can remove it by rubbing it), and steam it in an electric pressure cooker for 7 minutes

After the peanuts are steamed, they will float with oil. Pour out the water and replace with cold water.

Take a group photo. The small bowl is filled with brown sugar water. You can also add it to the red beans after the red beans are cooked. You don’t need to prepare it separately.

Tips:
Soak red beans and peanuts a few hours before making it. You can also put some sago and condensed milk in it. Guiling paste once or twice a week to cool and detoxify, which can promote blood circulation. Therefore, it is not suitable for women during menstruation and pregnant women. It is cold, and people with weak constitution should not eat regularly.
