Hainan Chicken Rice

The method of robinic acid: ① Peel and cut into small pieces, put a proper amount of salt, and rinse for 20 minutes (to remove the salty taste). ②Drain the water and add rock sugar water (the rock sugar is boiled in water to cool). ③Add an appropriate amount of white rice vinegar.

Ginger juice. Chop the ginger with a knife and add some salt and chicken powder. Boil the peanut oil and stir.

Kill chickens and get chicken fat. Fry the chicken fat and add a small amount of minced garlic. Wash the rice into the rice cooker. Add chicken broth, add rice with fried chicken oil and cook, add egg (beaten) and simmer for ten minutes.
