White Sliced Chicken

Please chop the garlic, the scallion white, and the scallion white into fine pieces for later use. Heat the sunflower oil in a pan, and pour the oil in the minced garlic. Then add the oyster sauce soy sauce, chopped green onion and a little sugar.

Put the chicken on the ice cubes and seal it with the chicken skin against the ice cubes with plastic wrap, then soak the chicken in water after freezing it, let it dry, and then use the sesame oil. Tips:
I made this sauce with some small peppers (in my own taste) and hand-cut minced garlic will taste a little bit spicy. If you don’t like the spicy, you can smash some with garlic. The simple sauce is just dipped raw. Oil and chili
