Hakka Traditional Food ~huang Yuan Rice Crackers~

Take a piece of yellow yuan rice cracker, wash it with water, and cut it in half

Then cut into slices with a thickness of about 5mm

Prepare the side dishes: This time I prepared sausages, garlic sprouts, peppers, and ginger (can be replaced with lean meat, choy sum, pickled peppers)

Start the frying pan, add the ginger and sausage and fry for a while until the aroma comes out. Put a little oil on it.

Add chili and garlic sprouts and fry for a while. If it is green vegetables, add green vegetables and fry for a while.

Add yellow yuan rice crackers, add a little light soy sauce and salt, stir fry for a while, then add a little water (20ml)

Add garlic leaves before cooking

Tips:
Huangyuan rice crackers are originally cooked products, so they will soften after a little heating, so don't fry them for a long time, or they will become a lump. There are other methods (fried, boiled, steamed), and I will post them for your reference when you have time.
