Halibut Steak with Green Sauce

To make green sauce: Peel the garlic, put the nine-layer tower (leaves only), coriander, sauteed almond slices, black pepper and appropriate amount of salt into a blender and stir until it is a paste.

Start the frying pan and fry the fish over medium heat. If you like the crispy texture, fry it for a while. If you don't like the fried texture at all, you can steam the fish through the water.

Finally, place the plate with lettuce leaves, put the cooked fish on the leaves, pour the green sauce, and cover the fish until the apricots are placed on the fish and serve.
