Handmade Taro Balls

Steam the purple sweet potato, sweet potato, and taro over high heat for about 15 minutes.

Purple sweet potato, sweet potato and taro are peeled.

Take the purple sweet potato as an example. The steamed 300g purple sweet potato is pressed into a puree with a spoon, and appropriate water is added and sieved with flour to make it more delicate.

While it is hot, add about 150g of tapioca several times and knead it into a dough.

Cook until the taro balls become large and float, about 2-3 minutes. Remove it and put it in cold water to cool it down.

Pour milk, coconut milk, a spoonful of red honey beans, a spoonful of immortal grass, add taro balls and you are ready to eat!
