Hanging Frosting Sugar Balls
1.
Buy hawthorn, wash it and control the moisture, set aside
2.
Pour the sugar and water into the pot, simmer on low heat until the water has evaporated and the water becomes slightly thicker.
3.
Quickly pour the hawthorn into the pot, turn off the heat and keep turning until each hawthorn is coated with a layer of liquid sugar. As the temperature drops, the white sugar will return to the surface of the hawthorn, which looks like a layer of white frost!
4.
Finally, serve it out! Eat one, sweet and sour, so delicious!
Tips:
Sugar must not survive. If you survive it, it will not be frosted, and it will stick to your teeth, but you must not fail to heat it. If it is light, it will not be frosted. The key is experience. If you do more, it will be cured. Different from wire drawing! You can also see how much the sugar changes color!
