Hashima Red Dates and Papaya Stew

1. Soak a proper amount of snow clams for 20 hours, use purified water, put ginger slices to remove the smell, a few red dates, and half a papaya

2. Put some snow clams and red dates in the stew pot

3. Put water in the pot. Bring to a boil, simmer for half an hour on low fire

4. When the snow clams and red dates are about to be simmered, prepare other ingredients: half papaya and cut into small pieces. Osmanthus rock sugar powder is also fine, or yellow rock sugar

5. Boil water in the soup pot, add rock sugar, boil open and add diced papaya

6. Add the stewed snow clams and red dates and it's done
