Hawthorn Apple Water

Rub the hawthorn with salt and wash it (I bought the hawthorn with rock sugar, which is relatively small and not very sour, suitable for food for children).

Scrub the skin of the apple with salt and rinse it off.

Cut the apple into small pieces.

The hawthorn is divided into two, removing the middle nucleus.

Add all the ingredients to the pot and add enough water.

Cook it on medium heat for about 30 minutes. The hawthorn and apple are softened and melt in the mouth.

Tips:
1. Because the hawthorn variety I use is sweeter, I put more. If you use ordinary hawthorn, you can put less.
2. Give your child one occasional drink. Don't drink it often. Sour food is easy to hurt the stomach. Drinking too much sweet and sour water will also affect the drinking of plain water.
