Hawthorn Apple Water Digestion and Spleen Invigorating Drink

Rub the hawthorn with salt and wash (I bought the hawthorn with rock sugar, which is relatively small and not very sour, suitable for food for children)

Tips:
Because the hawthorn variety I use is sweeter, I put more. If you use ordinary hawthorn, you can put less.
