Hawthorn Cake

Wash the hawthorn to remove the seeds, add water and mud.

The hawthorn is shaped like the picture.

Put water in the pot first, and then add the mashed hawthorn to prevent the bottom of the heating from scorching.

Add three handfuls of sugar. Because of the different varieties of hawthorn, the taste is different. You can add it in batches to test the taste and then decide whether to add it.

After mixing the sugar, add three tablespoons of asparagus puree. Production method: Soak the asparagus in water for one day, change the water several times to clean it to remove the salty taste, and then add water to make the puree.
