Hawthorn in Syrup

Wash the hawthorn, cut the fruit and remove the pit. If you buy it outside, you can’t guarantee the cleanliness. It’s better to make it yourself.

Add sugar and water in a porcelain bowl and heat over water

Wait for the saccharification to boil for two minutes, stop heating, and cool to let the hawthorn absorb the sugar, refrigerate for 6 hours and eat.
