Hawthorn Jam

Wash the hawthorn and remove the pit.
2.
Put it in the pot, put enough rock sugar to boil.
3.
Cook until the hawthorn is soft and rotten.
4.
Transfer to a food processor and mash it.
5.
Pour into the soup pot again and cook to thicken.
6.
Pour into a cup and store in the refrigerator.
Tips:
Put more rock candy, or it won't cover the sour taste.
