Hawthorn Lollipops (candy Haws)

Prepare materials.

Wash the hawthorn and remove the seeds.

Cut along the middle ring and break it apart.
4.
Dig out the seeds.
5.
Cut the hawthorn for later use.

Put it in a blender and blend into small pieces.

Put in the refrigerator and freeze for 20-30 minutes.

After the hawthorn villain is frozen, you can boil the syrup.The ratio of sugar to water is 2:1, and I use the amount of the small spoon on the picture.

The sugar can be white sugar or rock sugar. I ran out of rock sugar at home and I used white sugar. Just boil the syrup until it turns red.
