Hawthorn Sauce

1. Wash the hawthorn to remove the stalk and nucleus

2. Hawthorn with the stalk and the nucleus

3. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add hawthorn, rock sugar and cook on high heat

4. Cook until the hawthorn is soft and rotten, and stir while cooking

5. Boil it into mud, turn off the heat and let cool!

6. Put the chilled hawthorn mud into the wall-breaking machine, add some honey to make a sauce

7. The hawthorn sauce is ready, it can't be eaten in the refrigerator at once!
