Hawthorn Sauce

Wash the hawthorn and let it dry

Use chopsticks to throw out the core inside, or break the core out to take it out

Use a food processor to break the hawthorn several times

Put it in the bread machine and add sugar

Then set the jam function and you can wait to eat

The jam is ready in about an hour and a half

After it has cooled down, put it in a bottle and put it in the refrigerator. You can eat it for a few days.

Served with bread in the morning, or eat a little after a meal, sour and sweet, appetizing and melting
