Hawthorn Syrup

Wash the hawthorn.
2.
Cut the hawthorn horizontally with a knife and cut out the seeds.
3.
These are pickled hawthorns.
4.
Add water and sugar to the small pot and adjust the sweetness by yourself.
5.
The sugar has all melted away.
6.
Pour all the hawthorn into the basin.
7.
Low heat for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and let cool.
Tips:
Do not use iron pans, stainless steel or non-stick pans, otherwise the color of hawthorn will be affected.
