Healthy Bamboo Sun Chicken Soup

Wash the three yellow chicken, cut into pieces and set aside

Soak the bamboo fungus

Wash the mushrooms
4.
Prepare lotus seeds, red dates and goji berries
5.
Put chicken nuggets, ginger slices, green onions and cooking wine in cold water in the pot, blanch for 5 minutes

Skim the scum, remove the chicken to drain after blanching
7.
Put chicken nuggets, shiitake mushrooms, red dates, lotus seeds, and wolfberry in a casserole

Add water to the pot until 90% of the water content covers all the ingredients, and heat it until the water boils
9.
Turn the lid off and simmer for 50 minutes
10.
Put beef noodles/chicken essence and soaked bamboo fungus in the pot

Continue to simmer for 10 minutes
12.
Sprinkle a little coriander in the pot
Tips:
1. There is no limit to the variety of chickens. I use three yellow chickens here. Friends who like black-bone or native chickens can also adjust as needed. 2. Shiitake mushrooms can also be replaced with dried mushrooms, but they need to be soaked in advance. The dosage is about 7- 8 flowers
