Heat-clearing Soy Milk Tortoise Ling Paste

Prepare the cold water, tortoise shell powder, white sugar

Boil sugar water, 400g cold water or 450g soy milk, add the weighed sugar and boil until the sugar is completely melted.

When boiling the sugar water, add 100g of cold water to 20g of tortoiseshell paste powder and stir evenly

After the sugar water is boiled, set a low fire, slowly pour the adjusted Guiling paste paste over and over again and stir continuously. The whole process will be low for about 3 minutes until bubbles appear on the thick surface of the Guiling paste and turn off the heat.

Pour it into a container while it is hot and let it cool, then put it in the refrigerator for at least half an hour until it is completely solidified and ready for consumption.

The tortoiseshell jelly itself is sweet, just add the original soy milk or pure milk to be delicious. In order to take a good look, I added two chopped cherries.
