Heavy Durian Pizza

Put all the ingredients in the seasoning except the butter into the bread machine, stir into a smooth dough, then put the butter in, continue to stir until it expands, ferment to twice the original, and exhaust;

Divide the drained dough into 2 according to the size of the baking pan, roll it to the thickness you like with a rolling pin, spread it on the pizza pan, and pierce some holes with a fork to facilitate exhaust;

Spread a layer of durian puree evenly on top;

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of (according to personally bought) mozzarella cheese on the top;

In the middle and lower layers of the oven, preheat the upper and lower fires at 200 degrees, and bake them until the cheese is melted.
