High Calcium Soy Milk

Soy beans are soaked overnight in advance.

Pick out bad beans the next morning and throw them away.

Drain the soy beans and rinse them twice, then pour them into the soymilk machine.

Add the right amount of brown sugar cubes.

Add appropriate amount of water.

Cover the lid and cook soy milk, and click the high calcium button.

The boiled soy milk is filtered through the okara.

Tips:
Milk can also be added when the soy milk is boiled. I think it is put in the end and neutralized with the hot soy milk. The temperature is just right for drinking.
