High-value Four-hi Sushi Rolls (square Sushi)

First prepare the ingredients, wash the cucumber, cut the carrot and ham sausage into strips, and blanch the carrots in boiling water. The egg is cooked and the yolk is crushed, and the purple sweet potato is steamed and pressed into a puree.

Rice 🍚 Add sushi vinegar and mix well and divide into three parts, one part with purple potato mash, and one part with egg yolk.

First, take a piece of seaweed, spread a layer of white rice and a cucumber, roll it up and set aside.

Then take a piece of seaweed and spread a layer of yellow rice, roll up the freshly rolled step ③ and set aside.

Then take a piece of seaweed and spread the purple rice and roll it up in step ④.

Cut the rolled sushi into quarters using the cucumber as the axis.

Take another piece of seaweed and place the two sliced cucumber sushi pieces back to back to form the lower part of the square.

Put the ham and carrots in the middle of step ⑦

Finally, put the remaining two pieces of cucumber sushi and roll them into a square.

Tighten the sushi curtain and cut into quarters with a sharp knife. Just put the plate.

Tips:
1. Sushi vinegar can't be prepared according to the ratio of salt, sugar and vinegar 1:5:10 (I made it myself)
2. The sushi is as tight as possible. (After rolling, let it stand for 5 minutes before cutting)
3. If there is more seaweed in the roll of ingredients, you can add another roll to complete the roll.
