Tips:
Ingredients: Bayberry 500 grams, 500 grams of white wine, 300 grams of rock sugar
1. Bayberry can be soaked in salt water, but it must be dried. It feels a bit troublesome. I washed it with white wine and can be used directly after washing.
2. The ratio is not very strict. The white wine can soak all the bayberry. Of course, the amount of rock sugar is not completely fixed. My sugar amount is relatively large. If you like it sweeter when you drink it at the end, you can add some honey.
3. If you like to eat bayberry in wine, the soaking time of bayberry should not be too long, otherwise the bayberry will be tasteless. Generally, you can taste bayberry in 7 days. When I took a photo, it was soaked for 8 days. If you like to drink bayberry wine, you can soak it for a longer period of time, and then drink it when the wine color becomes darker and the bayberry aroma is strong.
