Tips:
Long-winded
The chicken offal must be washed, especially the chicken heart should be cut to remove the blood and grease.
It is best not to use the oil that has been fried in chicken meat, it will have a fishy smell, which will eventually affect the taste of the dish.
The homemade Griddle does not need to be as oily as in restaurants, and I definitely eat it without affecting the taste.
If you like it spicy, add some hot pot base, it should be more flavorful.
