Stir-fried Chicken Miscellaneous with Green Garlic

Wash chicken offal

Prepare soy sauce, rice wine and ginger slices

First put the chicken mixed in a pot under cold water, pour the rice wine into the blanching water and then pick it up and wash it

Then slice the chicken offal, wash the green garlic and cut into sections

Warm oil in a pan, add ginger slices and sauté

Then pour the chicken offal, stir-fry evenly, and cook into the rice wine

Then stir-fry the garlic in the pot until it changes color and season with salt

Tips:
1. Chicken offal should be blanched first to remove part of the fishy smell.
2. This dish is equivalent to stir-frying, the shorter the time, the more tender the chicken meat tastes.
3. Soy sauce needs a kind of braised soy sauce. You can also use dark soy sauce instead. Don't use soy soy sauce. Light soy sauce is too salty. Salt has been added to avoid over-salty.
