Ingredients: grouper, minced tofu, green onions, garlic, ginger, celery, red pepper.

After the fish is washed, put a little salt on it. Put some shredded ginger, shredded pepper and celery on the steaming tray. (Because I don’t have green onions and use celery instead)

After the water boils, put the fish in a pot and cover and steam for 3 minutes.

Pour out the excess juice.

Add the remaining shredded ginger and celery, and finally add tofu.

Steam for another 10 minutes, drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil on the fish, and enjoy while hot.
