Homemade Applesauce in Toaster
1.
Put the heat-resistant glass bottle with cold water in the pot, boil the water for a while, carefully remove, let cool, and dry the water in the bottle.
2.
The ingredients are prepared and weighed. The picture shows corn starch, borneol sugar, apples, and lemons.
3.
The apples (the Yunnan ugly apples used) are cleaned, peeled, and pitted. The net weight is 420 grams. Cut one third of the lemon. Squeeze the lemon juice and pour it on the cut apple pieces. Set it aside.
4.
Cut the borneol sugar into small pieces.
5.
Put the borneol sugar cubes into the broken wall cooking machine, turn on the machine to beat for 20-30 seconds, and beat into powder.
6.
Put the lemon and apple cubes into the cooking cup, use the equipped stirring rod or silicone spatula to slightly press the apple cubes down, turn on the machine and beat for 20 seconds, and the result will be puree.
7.
Pour the fruit puree into the mixing bucket of the bread machine, add borneol icing sugar and corn starch, stir with a silicone spatula until there is no dry powder, turn on the jam function, and put the finished jam into a bottle that has been boiled and dried in boiling water. Tighten the bottle cap and place it. Store in refrigeration.
Tips:
1. When the cornstarch is mixed with the mashed fruit puree, stir it evenly and put it in the bread machine to avoid the appearance of pink bumps that affect the taste.
2. When the bread machine starts to stir slowly, use a silicone spatula to scrape off the sticky jam on the inner wall of the mixing barrel from time to time.
3. The amount of borneol sugar is one-third of the amount of apple meat, if you need to keep it for a longer time, you can add a little more sugar.
4. Sealed and refrigerated, use a clean and water-free spoon to pick up each time, and eat as soon as possible.
