Ingredients

Homemade Bayberry Wine

1. Wash the bayberry and remove the water

2. Put bayberry in a glass jar and add sugar

3. Plus bayberry

4. Add sugar, one layer of bayberry and one layer of sugar, until full

5. Add more sugar on top

6. Sealed well, you can drink after 3 months, the longer the time, the more mellow the wine will be

7. This is Yangmei wine from last year. The taste is sour and sweet. It is best to drink in summer

Tips:

1. You must drip dry water before filling, there must be no moisture, it will deteriorate!
2. Yangmei will produce small bubbles when fermenting. You can drink it when you smell the aroma of wine.
