Homemade Brushed Natto
1.
Wash 110g soybeans and soak in water for more than 8 hours.
2.
Drain the water, add 30g of sugar to spread on the top (do not stir), and steam on the pot for two hours.
3.
After steaming, stir the beans and juice thoroughly.
4.
After cooling to 38 degrees, pour 1g of natto powder and mix well. (Same as body temperature, it doesn’t feel hot to the touch. If you’re afraid of not being able to master it, you’d rather be cold than hot)
5.
Put it in the yogurt machine, select the natto program, 16 hours.
6.
It was done in 16 hours. There was too much mucus so it didn't look obvious, but it was really a lot of silk. The homemade ones don't have a strange smell like the ones you bought. The homemade ones only have the fragrance of cooked soybeans. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, and mustard according to your personal taste, which is delicious and healthy.
