Homemade Bubble Tea

Prepare starch and brown sugar water (mix 15 grams of brown sugar with 30 grams of water).

After mixing the starch and brown sugar water, use a small spoon to dig into pearls. Stick some starch on your hands to prevent the pearls from melting. Strain excess starch from the pearls and set aside.
